Departing daily from Shieldaig Pontoon, the Seaflower is a custom built 40ft catamaran providing a safe and very comfortable environment for your to enjoy nature at its best.

Whether you are looking for a relaxing evening tour to watch the sun set over the majestic Torridon mountains with wine and canapés, a half-day tour around Loch Torridon to catch a glimpse of our resident sea eagles or a full-day adventure to one of Scotland's most remote Hebridean Islands with time ashore for walking and a locally caught seafood lunch and wine, we have something to suit everyone.

The MV Seaflower

Designed and custom built by the boat building specialists Safehaven Marine based in Cork, the Seaflower is an incredibly stable and seaworthy 40ft high performance catamaran, launched in 2010.
Fitted with a full galley, superior toilet facilities and the very latest in safety equipment, the Seaflower is MCA coded, licensed and insured.
Carrying just 12 passengers, on board the atmosphere is relaxed and informal.  Seating is arrange to comfortably allow guests to sit in the main heated cabin or outside on the spacious deck or flybridge.
Sitting on the deck or flybridge, whatever the weather, is an invigorating experience offering fantastic viewing and photo opportunities.  If, however, there is a chill in the air a waterproof padded jacket or deck blanket can be provided. Life jackets, binoculars and local reference guides are also supplied.
The Seaflower is fitted with a remotely operated underwater camera (ROV).  Supplying live images to a screen on board, this provides passengers with a fascinating insight into life beneath the waves.  With fast tidal flows bringing nutrients and food to certain parts of the loch, a diverse range of interesting species can be seen.
